Drone Inspections
Nothing left unseen
Complete condition data. No one at height.
Buildings, structures and infrastructure fail slowly and quietly — insulation gaps, hairline cracks, corrosion, moisture ingress, loose fixings. They rarely announce themselves until they’re expensive.
We aim to capture the accessible surfaces, visual and thermal, in a single site visit — and hand you a located, prioritised defect register you can act on.
‘The defect was always there — nobody was ever close enough to see it.’
The problem: sampled, not seen
Decisions made on what’s reachable.
Scaffolding, EWPs, rope access and tower climbs are slow, costly and limited to what a person can physically reach. Insurers, engineers and asset owners are routinely left making decisions on incomplete or sampled data.
Complete coverage closes that gap
High-resolution visual and thermal documentation of the whole structure — without a single person leaving the ground.

Scope the asset,
plan the flight
Access, airspace, obstacles and the right sensor — visual, thermal, or both
Capture
Comprehensive,
not sampled
Full coverage under CASA-compliant conditions, typically a single site visit

What we deliver
Inspections for every asset at height
What the data shows
Common findings by asset type
| Asset type | Common findings |
|---|---|
| Facades | Cracking, spalling, render/cladding delamination, efflorescence, sealant/joint failure, water-ingress staining |
| Roofs | Membrane splits and blistering, ponding water, flashing lift or failure, blocked drainage |
| Bridges & structures | Concrete spalling, exposed/corroding reinforcement, expansion joint deterioration, bearing wear |
| Towers & poles | Corrosion, loose or missing fixings, antenna/cabling misalignment |
| Buried / linear infrastructure | Coating damage, erosion at crossings, retaining wall movement, vegetation encroachment |
Why it matters
The inspection that pays for itself
Comprehensive, not sampled
Full coverage rather than the limited access a scaffold or EWP position allows.
No one leaves the ground
Removes the fall-from-height exposure of traditional access methods.
Independent & timestamped
A defensible record for insurance, warranty and dispute contexts.
Faster
A facade or roof survey that traditionally takes 3–4 days is commonly completed in a single day.
Commercial facade & roof thermography
Who we work with
Evidence for every decision-maker
Asset owners & facility managers
Insurers & loss adjusters
Engineers & building surveyors
Storm season is when roof and facade faults turn into claims. Book your inspection before the peak — not after the damage.
Your questions answered
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you need access to my property or site?
Not necessarily — inspections work from the air or agreed setback distances. Any site entry requirements (e.g. restricted airspace, fenced sites) are coordinated in advance during scoping.
How long does a typical inspection take?
Most single-site inspections are completed within a few hours on site, weather permitting. Report turnaround is typically 2–5 business days depending on complexity.
What if the inspection finds something urgent?
Any safety-critical or urgent finding is flagged to you immediately, ahead of the full report.
What happens if it’s too windy or rainy to fly?
We reschedule at no cost. Flights only go ahead within CASA-compliant weather and wind-speed limits, to protect both safety and data quality.
Who owns the data and imagery?
You do. All captured data, imagery and reports become your property on delivery; we retain a copy for our own records only.
Are you insured and licensed?
Yes — all flights are conducted under our CASA ReOC (9692) and a current RePL, with commercial liability insurance in place.
