Every structure hides something a naked-eye inspection can’t catch — a facade defect only visible from height, a moisture pocket invisible to sight, a structural flaw hidden beneath the surface. The Site Matrix Method combines three ways of seeing — aerial, thermal and structural — and deploys the right combination for what your asset actually needs.

ABOVE — Aerial Intelligence

What can’t be seen from the ground, we see from the air. Licensed drone operations capture full-facade, rooftop and structural aerial data — scale, height and access points that ground-level inspection can’t reach.

Best for: facades, roofs, and elevated structures where physical access is limited, unsafe or costly.

WITHIN — Thermal Insight

What can’t be seen by the eye, we see through heat. Thermographic imaging reveals what’s invisible in the visible spectrum — moisture ingress, insulation failure, electrical hotspots — before they surface as visible (and expensive) damage.

Best for: building envelopes and structural elements alike — deployable from the air or on the ground.

BENEATH — Structural Evidence

What can’t be seen on the surface, we see inside it. Non-destructive testing detects sub-surface defects and structural integrity issues — catching failure points before they ever reach the surface.

Best for: ground-accessible structural elements requiring direct contact or proximity — not deployable from an aerial platform.
